This is a place where we smash diet culture. Meaning, there is no room for fad diets, eliminating food groups, juice cleanses or glorifying "clean eating." This blog is meant to bring truth and shed light on the fact that ALL foods provide us with energy no matter what. Breakfast Tacos

  • 2 Siete Cassava & Coconut Tortillas
  • 2 Fried Eggs
  • 1 Avocado ((cubed))
  • 1 pkt Better Bean Co. Roasted Chipotle Red Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  1. Fry the eggs in the ghee first and make them nice and crispy

  2. heat up 2 Tortillas in the microwave in a damp paper towel for 15 seconds

  3. Lay the fried egg, 1/2 avocado, spoonful of the beans all on the tortilla and fold in half to enjoy!
