Camilla Blanton is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing virtual services to all clients. She is currently licensed and serving clients in California, Illinois, Montana, Minnesota, Texas, Washington, New Mexico, Illinois & Nevada.
Camilla's personal experiences as an athlete and endurance runner combined with her professional and educational background, allows her to provide realistic and approachable nutrition solutions to athletes at any level. Camilla has been a practicing outpatient dietitian for athletes and individuals struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder over the last 5 years.
Camilla obtained dual degrees in BS Human Environmental Sciences and Nutritional Sciences in her academic career. Her background and education assures evidence based nutritional approaches to her clients. Additionally she is trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT), CBT-AR, & CBT-E modalities to support individuals struggling with an eating disorder utilizing evidence based approaches. Camilla is one of few RD's trained in the iMove Method supporting those seeking to heal from compulsive exercise.
Camilla's approach to food and activity as a non-diet dietitian allows her clients to rebuild and repair their relationship with food. She meets her clients/athletes where they are to help them navigate misinformation and relearn proper fueling strategies. Camilla will work together with you to set your goals, confront any fear foods, build a fueling plan and ultimately reframe your relationship with food, body & exercise.
I've travelled a little bit all over and have loved learning about the many different cultures the world has to offer!
The smell of a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning is my favorite way to start the day with breakfast!

I don't own a dog....BUT if I had to choose I would definitely get myself a Bernadoodle!
My entire family moved to the United States back in the year 2000 and lived in the great state of Texas before moving to California!
I like to say 2.5 because my French is getting rusty.
The other two are of course English & Swedish.
Prior to embarking on my studies in nutrition I spent 6 months as an Au Pair in France...this is where that 0.5 of a language happened.
